CNA Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the RCA/CNA staffing schedule, coordinating staffing coverage, responding to call-ins, and ensuring safe staffing levels throughout the community. This position also trains newly hired RCAs and CNAs, serves as the primary staffing contact, and assists with direct resident care when necessary. The Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining quality resident care through effective staffing and leadership.
