CNA/Transport Specialist

More Than a Driver. More Than a CNA. A Vital Part of the Team.

Do you enjoy variety in your day? Like getting out from behind the nurse's station once in a while?

This is NOT a driver-only position.

We're looking for a CNA who can safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and other destinations while also providing hands-on resident care throughout our community. When transportation duties are complete, you'll work on the floor as a CNA assisting residents and supporting the nursing team.

Before You Apply – Do You Qualify?

• Current CNA Certification required
• Valid Driver's License in good standing
• Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Willingness to work on the floor as a CNA when transportation duties are not needed
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

What You'll Do

• Safely transport residents to appointments and scheduled outings
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles as needed
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Provide direct resident care as a CNA - Work the floor
• Answer call lights and assist with ADLs
• Support nursing staff and residents throughout the community
• Help create a safe, positive, and caring environment

• Full-Time
• 8am - 5pm
• Monday–Friday
