Companion Caregiver / Nurse – Mt. Juliet, TN

Immediate Opening | Part-Time | 4–5 Days per Week Preferred

We are looking for a warm, dependable, and outgoing caregiver or nurse to provide companionship and light assistance for an active, friendly lady in her late 80s who lives in the Del Webb community in Mt. Juliet.

She can care for herself with only minor assistance and enjoys staying active and independent. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with seniors and can provide companionship while helping with some day-to-day needs.

#### Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship, conversation, and social engagement
• Driving to appointments, errands, shopping, activities, and occasional outings
• Medication organization and assistance with maintaining her established medication schedule
• Light housekeeping
• Light meal preparation
• Assistance coordinating appointments and daily activities as needed
• Minor assistance with everyday tasks while encouraging continued independence

We would ideally like someone available 4–5 days per week, but we are open to discussing other scheduling options for the right person.

The ideal candidate will be kind, patient, trustworthy, dependable, organized, and someone who truly enjoys people. Prior senior-care experience is preferred, and nursing or other healthcare experience is a plus.

#### Requirements:

• Safe driving record and reliable transportation
• Clear criminal background
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• References preferred

Location: Del Webb Community – Mt. Juliet, TN

Schedule: Ideally 4–5 days per week; other options may be considered

Start Date: Available immediately

Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications
