Cook/Prep Cook-Assisted Living- Part Time Days

We are currently looking to fill Part Time Cook/Prep Cook positions on our AM shift.

AM Shift is 6am-230pm, 16 hours per week, works one day during the week and every other weekend.

The Prep Cook is responsible for providing high quality food service to guests under sanitary conditions and for providing assistance in all culinary functions as directed and in accordance with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualified candidates must possess

• Willing to demonstrate compassion.
• Ability to communicate with and respect the needs of older adults with infirmities of aging.
• A commitment to the belief that all people have the right to dignity, respect, opportunity and full community inclusion.
• Cooking/prepping experience food for large groups (100+ people)
• Ability to communicate in English which includes the ability to understand written and verbal instructions, directions, schedules and simple numerical skills involving addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Must have a cleared and approved criminal record check and drug screen.
• Must be neat and clean in appearance.
• Must have legal employment status in the U.S.
