Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Metro Atlanta team. DSPs play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing hands-on assistance, emotional support, and encouragement in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility, exercise, and daily routines.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Monitor client health and report changes or concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in caregiving, personal support, or healthcare is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
