About Us

Center for Continuous Improvement, Inc. (CCI) is a non-profit organization providing residential supports to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Oregon since 1993. Our mission is to assure the provision of resident care while supporting individuals in exercising personal choice, as well as achieving equality, dignity, opportunity and inclusion in the community.

We are seeking dependable, compassionate, creative, energetic, self-motivated direct caregivers with a strong work ethic that are looking to make a difference in the lives of youth and adults with developmental disabilities.

What you will get to do as a Direct Support Professional

:

• Provide a positive and fun environment in a group home setting and on community outings
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with home skills, such as preparing meals, housekeeping, and laundry
• Medication administration
• Monitor health and ensure safety
• Support positive behaviors, and de-escalate challenging ones
• Maintain records and data entries

Qualifications

:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Per OAR 411-323-0050 (7)(a))
• Must have a High school diploma/GED
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation (Driver's License NOT required, as long as you possess a current state-issued ID)
