Senior Care Solutions (SCS) is seeking experienced Director of Nursing (DON) and Director of Health Services (DHS) professionals to partner with us as Interim Consultants. In this role, you’ll support Assisted Living providers across Florida and other states while enjoying the flexibility and variety of interim consulting work.

We’re looking for confident, adaptable leaders ready to make an immediate impact in diverse care settings.

Qualifications

• Current Florida and/or Compact RN License
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in Assisted Living
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to step into interim leadership roles with professionalism and confidence

Pay: $49.00 - $52.00 per hour
