Alto Overland Park is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (Resident Care Director) to lead clinical operations across one of our largest and most vibrant Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This is a role for a seasoned RN leader who's ready to step into a high-impact position — with the infrastructure, team support, and leadership culture to match.

What You'll Own

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership across Assisted Living (78) and Memory Care (29) neighborhoods
• Lead, mentor, and develop your clinical team — including two Assistant Resident Care Directors — to deliver exceptional, person-centered care
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, regulatory, and clinical care standards
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
• Partner with a strong, positive leadership team to drive quality, occupancy, and community excellence
• Available on-call as needed to support your team and ensure continuity of care

What You Bring

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Kansas * 2–5 years of management experience in a clinical leadership role * Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care strongly preferred * Strong clinical judgment, team-building skills, and a genuine passion for geriatric care *...
