As a member of our team, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing personalized, one-on-one care that promotes independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical care for elderly clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship through conversation, games, hobbies, walks, and meaningful engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide transportation to appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and social outings when appropriate.
• Assist with medication reminders according to each client's care plan.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental well-being.
• Document daily care and communicate professionally with supervisors and family members.
• Ensure every client is treated with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion.
