About the Role

Looking for a caregiving position with top-tier pay for your skills and certification? I’m hiring a caregiver for my personal care team in my home. The pay rate starts at:

• $25/hour for most, or
• $35/hour for LPNs, or
• $45/ for RNs

To qualify for LPN or RN pay rates, you must have an *active* license. Regardless of your certification, you will receive a $5/hour pay bump after three months if things are going well. This role is not through an agency—work one-on-one with me in a supportive, consistent position.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with hygiene, catheter care, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Performing transfers and positioning (slide board – no heavy lifting required).
• Light housekeeping tasks.

About Me

I’m a C4/5 quadriplegic hiring directly for my own care needs. I have some arm mobility but no hand function. While I’m independent with tasks like using a computer, I rely on caregivers for daily living activities.
