What You'll Own

• Provide visionary leadership and day-to-day operational oversight across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care
• Drive census growth, occupancy strategy, and community reputation in the greater Parkland/South Florida market
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing leadership team and large associate workforce
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality of care, and resident satisfaction at the highest level
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the broader community
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency across a full multi-level care operation
