Job Summary

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and financial performance of the community. This individual will oversee all departments, ensure compliance with California RCFE regulations, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and deliver an exceptional experience for residents and their families.

The Executive Director is accountable for occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, financial performance, regulatory compliance, team development, and maintaining the highest standards of quality care.

Duties

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality assisted living and memory care services aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, resident care, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other cognitive impairments.
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and foster a positive team culture focused on compassionate care.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local health regulations related to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.
