FT (Assisted Living) Front Desk Concierge

Saint Francis -- Manchester

is a non-profit Assisted Living Facility at 65 West Clopton St., Richmond. We are seeking a dedicated, professional, positive, energetic, customer oriented Full-time Front Desk Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and monitoring the front entrance area, main switchboard, resident call system, two-way radios, and ensuring a safe and secure facility. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to handling various administrative tasks.

Work Schedule: 11.50 hour - shifts, 4 days on (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue), 1 day off (Wed), 2 days on (Thu, Fri), 4 days off (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue), 1 day on (Wed), 2 days off (Thu, Fri) in each two-week pay cycle.

Job Overview

• Greet, converse with, and assist residents throughout each day; provide banking services, deliver mail and arrange transportation services.
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage phone calls, resident call system, two-way radios, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform administrative tasks such as resident banking, sorting and/or delivering mail, filing, data entry, and maintaining copy machine and office supplies.

· Monitor and alert staff and/or respond to front door and room alarms and wonder guards.
