Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. Duties: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide assistance with mobility and transfers - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications: - Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred - Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Skills: - Medication administration - Tube feeding care - Catheter care - Assisted living experience - Nursing home experience - Caregiving experience - Experience with memory care

- CPR Certification
