Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team. The HHA will provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist. This PRN position will be paid per visit at a competitive rate.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance, including help with walking and transferring
• Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising nurse
• Foster a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certificate or formal training program completed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or personal care preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills
