Home Health Aide

Job Summary

Faith Home Health & Hospice doing business as Freedom Home Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate, well-trained nurses’ aides dedicated to the highest standards of care and professionalism. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide one-on-one personal care services in conjunction with other interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care for home health patients. You will have the support and collaboration of a full team of healthcare professionals!

***Seeking a full time Home Health Aide for our Ankeny, IA office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have current, valid Iowa State CNA certification.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of CNA experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto Insurance.
• Have a current CPR certification.
