Job Description

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

NeuroCare Home Health is hiring caregivers in Grand Rapids for full-time and part-time one-on-one in-home care. With multiple openings available, we offer a variety of shift times and lengths to accommodate different availability.

Available Shifts

Morning shifts: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
Day shifts: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
Evening shifts: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Overnight shifts: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Overnight shifts: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Weekday and weekend openings

What You'll Do

Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other daily needs
Support mobility, transfers, and client safety
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and personalized care
Assist with medication reminders and routine care

Requirements

Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Experience preferred but not required

No previous specialized caregiving experience is required. NeuroCare specializes in one-on-one care for individuals with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and other neurological conditions. Paid, client-specific training is provided.
