NeuroCare Home Health is hiring PRN Home Health Aides in Grand Rapids to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes and help cover open shifts as needed.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and client safety
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and personalized care
• Assist with medication reminders and routine care
• Follow individualized care plans

Requirements

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to accept available coverage shifts as needed
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
