NeuroCare Home Health is hiring part-time Home Health Aides in St. Johns to provide one-on-one care for individuals with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and other neurological conditions.

This is a great opportunity for nursing and healthcare students looking to gain valuable hands-on patient care experience while completing their education. Applicants with other backgrounds are also welcome.

Available Shifts

• Day shifts: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Extended day shifts: 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
• Evening shifts: 7:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Part-time opportunities available
• Shift times are predetermined based on client needs

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and client safety
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and personalized care
• Assist with medication reminders and daily routines
• Follow individualized care plans

Requirements

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Availability for one or more listed shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Nursing or healthcare education is a plus, but not required
