We are currently hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality personal care and delegated nursing services to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.Wage: $19.00–$21.50/hr. DOE

Shift

0.6 FTE (2:15pm-9:15pm) Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday.

What You’ll Do

* Assist residents with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, and applying lotions * Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care * Support ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using assistive devices and safe body mechanics * Offer assistance with hearing aids, glasses, and sensory devices * Provide medication reminders, assistance, or administration as delegated by an RN * Assist with blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections (delegated by RN) * Prepare meals per dietary plans and provide feeding support when needed * Record and report vital signs and resident concerns promptly * Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities * Use dementia care techniques including validation and redirection * Assist with treatments as delegated by RNs or licensed therapists * Maintain household cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry * Ensure proper organization and stocking of medical and household supplies ### What We’re Looking For
