FirstLight Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Homemakers, PCAs, HHAs, and Companion Caregivers to support clients in South Kingstown and nearby communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Help with daily routines and nonmedical personal care as appropriate.
• Promote comfort, dignity, and independence.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Dependable, patient, and caring.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• No CNA license required for this non-skilled role.

Pay: $20/hour.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must complete a pre-employment 10-panel drug screening.
• Must complete the required BCI background check before the first shift.
• A $45 upfront fee is required for the BCI background check and will be fully reimbursed after 90 days of employment.
