Seasons Care Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team and provide quality care to patients in the Cumming, GA.

Open Positions

* Full-Time – Cumming GA

Schedule

Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay

$23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to hospice patients including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist patients with mobility and daily living activities
• Support patients with comfort and dignity during end-of-life care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures

Requirements

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
