Job Description

As a Hospice CNA, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients in their homes or hospice settings. You will assist patients with daily living activities, emotional support, and personal comfort, ensuring dignity and respect at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic patient care as directed by nursing staff.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
  • Document and report patient information, including food and fluid intake/output.
  • Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and prevent complications.
