Hospice Home Health Aide

OYUNA HOSPICE IS HIRING! Oyuna is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout the central valley. We are constantly growing and now seeking for full time Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team.

You'll participate in our interdisciplinary approach while simultaneously leading by example and setting only the highest standards. You'll engage with the patient's entire family to help them and other caregivers understand and support the process. You'll see your impact in this highly valuable role every day, as you adjust to new working environments and make a profound difference in the lives you touch. We are looking for qualified and compassionate candidates. You are independent, flexible and ready to inspire our talented medical professionals to uphold our promise of quality care

Work schedule: Mon - Fri, variable times depending on schedules agreed on by HHA and individual Oyuna clients.

*Job Requirements:*

• *Valid Home Health Aide Certification*
• *Reliable vehicle to drive for work*
• *Current Driver’s License and clean driving record*
• *Have and maintain Auto insurance coverage*
• *CPR certified (Healthcare Provider)*
• *Home Health &/or Hospice experience preferred*
• *Understands the hospice philosophy and issues of death and dying*

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS

* Mobility, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, ability to talk and hear; ability to read and write; ability to communicate with personnel, ability to remain calm under stress. Ability to adequately lift, support and bodily manipulate the weight of a patient.
