is currently seeking experienced In-Home Caregivers to fill openings within the West Columbia/Lexington/NE Columbia SC areas. The ideal candidate should have prior home care experience, be open to flexible scheduling, and have a passion for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes.

Requirements of the In-Home Caregiver

● High School diploma or GED ● Minimum 3 years of caregiving or home health aide experience preferred ● Valid driver’s license, own transportation, and proof of insurance ● Ability to assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Open availability preferred – shifts may range from 4,6, or 8 hours depending on client needs - Day or Night Shift ● Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the In-Home Caregiver

● Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal care, etc. ● Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes ● Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders ● Assist with walking and transferring when needed ● Maintain accurate documentation of care provided ● Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervising staff ● Ensure client safety and comfort while providing compassionate care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
