is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Cantonese-speaking In-Home Caregiver. The role involves providing essential care and support to clients within the comfort of their own homes. You need to communicate in Cantonese. More importantly, you must promote safety, independence, and overall well-being while delivering quality care.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interaction.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions or behavior.
• Follow the client's care plan and agency instructions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families in Cantonese when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and communicate in Cantonese.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy toward clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Reliable, responsible, and attentive to clients' needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18–$20 per hour
• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.

Flexible scheduling may be available, including

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts

Experience

* Caregiving experience: 1 year preferred.

License/Certification

• HCA registration: Preferred.
• TB Test

Work Location

In person — clients' homes.
