• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Support patients with dementia care by providing emotional support and engaging them in activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand patient needs effectively.
• Proficient in caregiving techniques that promote patient comfort and safety.
• Ability to perform critical care tasks when necessary, particularly in high-stress situations .
• Experience or training in monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes in patient conditions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with patients requiring special attention or dementia care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient outcomes.
