Pay: $21.50 to $23.00 per hour

Schedule: 12 pm to 8 pm Sundays and Saturdays every other weekend

Mondays through Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to a client in his home. Empathy Hands Home Care is looking for reliable, compassionate, and qualified caregivers to serve our clients in the Pomona areas.

Must be fluent in Spanish. We are looking for experienced Caregivers, CNAs, or Senior Companionship. This is our agency's goal. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in their home. This position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care while respecting the dignity and privacy of the clients you serve.

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Support clients with mobility assistance, including using the Hoyer lifting when necessary.
• Medication reminders and monitoring health conditions.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Skills

• Experience in patient care or senior care is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of home community care practices and working with individuals with Dementia.
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties as part of maintaining a safe environment around the client.
