Empathy Hands Home Care is looking for reliable, compassionate, and qualified caregivers to serve our clients in the Pomona area. Must be fluent in Spanish/English. We are looking for experienced Caregivers, CNAs, or senior companions. This is our agency's goal. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in their home. This position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care while respecting the dignity and privacy of the clients you serve. Duties * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. * Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. * Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. * Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting when necessary. * Medication reminders and monitoring health conditions. * Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
