Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team at Eldercare by Care At Home. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers are the heart of our organization, and we are committed to providing them with the training, resources, and support they need to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
• Manage medication schedules and provide medication reminders
• Provide companionship and social support to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
• Ability to provide compassionate and dignified care to clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
