Entera Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable In‑Home Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized, one‑on‑one care to a veteran client in their home, supporting independence, safety, and quality of life. This is a permanent, part‑time position offering meaningful work and the opportunity to build a trusted caregiving relationship.

The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and dedicated to providing respectful, high‑quality care in a home setting.

Work Schedule

• 4 hours per week
• One day per week: Thursday or Friday or Saturday (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
• Provide companionship and supervision to ensure client safety
• Transport the client to shopping and errands
• Assist with household chores, including light cleaning and laundry
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals as needed
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment
• Follow the established care plan and agency policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or community care preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to assist safely with mobility and light physical tasks
• Knowledge of client privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Compassionate, patient, and professional communication skills
• Experience working with veterans, seniors, or individuals with special needs is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
