Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $14/hour

We are currently seeking devoted, compassionate, and reliable caregivers to join our growing team.

We serve a mixture of state-funded (Medicaid) and private-pay clients, offering flexible schedules and opportunities for higher-paying assignments based on client needs and caregiver qualifications.

Pay Structure

• $14/hour – Base rate for Medicaid/state-funded client assignments
• $17–$18/hour – Private-pay client assignments
• Pay is determined by client type, care needs, experience, availability, and performance

➡ *All caregivers start at the base rate and may be assigned to higher-paying private-pay clients as opportunities become available.*

Caregiver Responsibilities

You must be able to assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Light housekeeping
• Pet care (when applicable)
• Companionship and safety supervision
