We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential, hands-on support to individuals in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Monitor, document, and report changes in client health and behavior
• Support with personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication and perform basic wound care when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience (preferred)
• Background in home health, hospice, or similar settings is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physically capable of performing caregiving duties
• Trustworthy, with a true desire to care for others

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Day, night, and overnight shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends and holidays as needed
