Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals including senior, children, and those with disabilities. Duties

• Provide attentive care ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Support engaging activities and emotional well-being
• Assist with daily tasks help with preparing meals light housekeeping assisting with bathing, help with transferring from bed to chair errands to appointments etc
• Implement strategies to encourage positive conduct
• Collaborate with families or team members to develop personalized care plans and need
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards
• Use your knowledge of first aid to respond promptly and appropriately to minor injuries or emergencies

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with seniors in home or facility
• Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, and team members
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
• Passion for caregiving combined with a positive attitude and energetic approach
