Summary

We are seeking caregivers to join our team in the San Antonio area. This role is vital in delivering personalized support to seniors. As an in-home caregiver, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients while upholding our mission of providing compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care manager.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in geriatrics or senior care is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-acute and sub-acute care practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to enhancing client well-being.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
