In Home Caregiver

Overview

Sitters and More is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In Home Caregiver. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking multiple people to work with multiple clients in the Rutherford Co area (including Smyrna, Murfreesboro & Bell Buckle)

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation - Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings

Requirements

• Must pass a background check (no felonies)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to attend in-person onboarding at our office
• Dependable and committed applicants only
• Previous experience in healthcare settings
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
