Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in providing high-quality, non-medical care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the daily needs of individuals with varying levels of independence.

At this time we are looking for 3 caregivers that can start July 13th. All onboarding paperwork, background check, and meetings must be completed prior to start. The schedule will be Monday-Sunday 8:00am-12:00pm & 5:00pm-9:00pm. You will work at least 4 hours per day and alternating weekends.

Prospective employee's must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and pass a background check!

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal hygiene needs.
• Companionship: Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation and activities with clients to enhance their quality of life.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals according to the client's dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition and food safety.
• Medication Management: Remind and assist clients with taking their prescribed medications at the appropriate times.
• Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility, including transfers from bed to chair, walking, and using mobility aids.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Transportation: Provide transportation to and from appointments, errands, and social activities, as needed.
