Live-In Caregiver

Join our compassionate team at Align Residential Services as a Live-In Caregiver. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing high-quality, individualized care in a small, home-like setting.

This is a live-in position requiring you to reside at the home for five consecutive days each week. During your scheduled workdays, you are expected to remain on-site and be available to support residents as needed, including providing asleep overnight supervision. Room and board are provided at no cost during your scheduled shifts.

Schedule

• 5 consecutive days on-site each week (live-in required)
• 2 consecutive days off each week
• Must remain at home throughout scheduled workdays except when transporting residents, attending appointments, running approved resident errands, or during pre-approved personal time.
• Asleep overnight supervision required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Administer and document medications according to care plans and state regulations.
• Monitor residents' health, behavior, and overall well-being, reporting any significant changes promptly.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks based on residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide transportation to appointments, community activities, and other approved outings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote independence and quality of life.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided.
• Communicate professionally with families, healthcare providers, and the management team.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to live on-site during scheduled 5-day workweeks (required).
