Duties

• This is a residential care facility and we are looking for a possible live-in role where you would spend the night at our facility 5 times a week, in case of emergency to support our residents.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using manual handling techniques and equipment like Hoyer lifts.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in health status, documenting findings accurately while respecting HIPAA privacy regulations.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist residents with meal consumption to promote health and well-being.
• Administer medications following care plans and ensure proper documentation of medication administration in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care, by implementing specialized techniques to promote safety and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning routines to uphold hygiene standards in accordance with home health protocols.
