M.D. Home Health, LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver for an immediate live-in opportunity caring for one client in her home. The ideal candidate is compassionate, attentive, and comfortable following an established care plan and agency direction.

Compensation: $1,320 per week

Schedule

This is an ongoing live-in position with a monthly arrangement. The caregiver resides in the client’s home and provides care and supervision according to the care plan. Scheduled personal time is Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with another caregiver providing coverage during those hours.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.

* Assist with walking, transfers, positioning, and safe mobility. * Provide companionship and maintain a clean, safe, comfortable home environment. * Complete client-related light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes. * Assist with meal preparation and nutrition and hydration needs as directed in the care plan. * Provide medication reminders as directed. * Transport the client to appointments using the family-provided vehicle. * Document care provided and promptly report changes in the client’s condition, concerns, or supply needs to the agency. * Follow the agency’s care plan, instructions, and reporting procedures. *

Qualifications

Completion of a Home Health Aide training program or current CNA certification

* At least one year of professional caregiving experience * Current CPR certification * Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive the family-provided vehicle * Ability to meet Level 2 background screening requirements * Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills * Ability to assist safely with personal care and mobility * Dependability, sound judgment, and respect for client privacy * Prior home health or hospice experience preferred *
