Maintenance Coordinator for Assisted Living

* + Rate of pay is based on experience | Immediate Access to DailyPay + Responsible for preventative maintenance program and physical plant management. + Inspects building and grounds periodically to observe work to be performed. + Ensures the overall maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement of the buildings and grounds. + Prepares daily schedules to include established routine duties, as well as additional maintenance requests. + Prepares living units for new Residents. + Advises Executive Director concerning physical plant needs. + Maintenance Worker is expected to own and use his own basic hand tools. + Learns and understands the fire, safety, and emergency procedures. + Learns and understands the door alarm system. + Will be regular in attendance, with the right attitude and attire. + Previous experience in the maintenance of building and grounds. + Mechanical ability required. + Valid driver’s license in the state of employment required. + Drug-free workplace. We do perform criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.
