Overview

We are seeking a caring and energetic Male Caregiver to join our team on a part-time basis in. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized care and support. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and observe patients’ conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly
• Administer medications and manage medical documentation accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Support clients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, ensuring safety and comfort
• Perform vital signs checks, catheter care, and basic first aid as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to promote a safe living environment
• Follow home healthcare regulations and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home healthcare environments
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care procedures
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is highly preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts if necessary
