Residents come first. We treat every resident with dignity, patience and respect and remember that we are working in their home.

We can depend on one another. Residential care is a team environment. When someone doesn't show up or doesn't do their part, residents and coworkers are affected.

We take ownership. If something needs attention, we communicate, use good judgment and follow through.
