### Available Shifts

• Monday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM *(No scheduled weekends!)*
• Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM *(Weekend premium!)*

At Tallgrass Healthcare Campus, you’re more than just a CNA — you’re a valued team member. We are a 100-bed skilled nursing facility, including 22 dedicated memory care beds, and we are looking for a passionate, dependable Memory Care CNA who wants to make a real difference.

Our memory care team works closely together to create a calm, respectful environment where residents feel safe and supported, and where caregivers feel appreciated and heard.

### What You’ll Do as a Memory Care CNA

• Care for residents using individualized care plans with dignity and compassion
• Support residents in our memory care unit with patience, kindness, and understanding
• Help create a warm, calm, and positive environment every shift
• Work alongside a supportive nursing leadership team that values your input
• Treat residents, families, and coworkers with professionalism and respect
• Keep resident areas clean, safe, and organized
• Show reliability through strong attendance and punctuality
• Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

### What We’re Looking for in YOU

• Experience in memory care (required)
• Current Kansas CNA certification
• Current CPR for Health Care Providers
• Dependable, teamoriented, and compassionate mindset
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
