Spring Gardens North Ogden is looking for a compassionate, organized, and energetic Memory Care Coordinator to lead our memory care neighborhood. This is a rewarding opportunity to enrich the lives of residents living with memory loss while serving as an important member of our leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily memory care programming and resident engagement.
• Develop meaningful, person-centered activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing, activities, culinary, and other department leaders to provide exceptional resident care.
• Support resident assessments, care planning, and family communication.
• Mentor and educate team members on dementia care best practices.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and purposeful environment for residents.

• Experience in memory care, assisted living, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect.
• Knowledge of dementia care is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
