What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all daily operations within our Memory Care neighborhood
• Support residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia with person-centered, dignified care
• Step in to fill shifts and provide hands-on coverage when needed
• Bring clinical excellence and emotional intelligence to every interaction with residents, families, and your team
• Build and lead a team grounded in empathy, accountability, and quality care

What We're Looking For

• LPN or RN license required
• Strong clinical background with a passion for dementia and Memory Care
• A leader who brings empathy, clinical excellence, and genuine team support
• Flexibility and willingness to step in hands-on when the team needs you
• A passion for making a real difference in the lives of residents and families
