SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking reliable, compassionate, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our on-call caregiver team. This position is ideal for individuals with flexible daytime availability who can respond promptly to client care needs as they arise.

Caregivers in this role must be prepared to accept assignments on short notice and provide exceptional care to our clients when coverage is needed.

Requirements

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Full daytime availability with on-call flexibility
• Ability to respond quickly to shift requests
• Reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
