The Role

We're seeking a caring, reliable overnight caregiver to support our residents through the night. You'll provide hands-on assistance, respond to needs as they arise, and give residents and their families peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (toileting, repositioning, dressing, and hygiene as needed)
• Conduct regular resident rounds and safety checks throughout the night
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers safely
• Provide medication assistance or reminders
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the supervisor or nurse
• Document care and incidents accurately
• Follow emergency procedures, including fire, evacuation, and medical response
• Keep common areas tidy and help with light housekeeping or laundry as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Compassion, patience, and respect for older adults
• Ability to stay alert and work independently during overnight hours
• Ability to lift and assist residents safely
• CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) [confirm]
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and any required health screenings
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
