Overnight Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Caregiver to for 1-3 nights a week During the week providing exceptional patient-centered care. Your primary focus will be to assist with turns, incontience, reposition, monitor patient health, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. Overnight hours 10-10:30pm - 9-9:30am

Pay Bi weekly must complete 1099 form as taxes will not be taken out.

Must complete background check before starting. Must wear face mask to protect from germs

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive patient observation to monitor health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
• Administer medication
• compassion and professionalism
• Follow all home healthcare regulations and safety protocols while delivering high-quality patient care

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home healthcare agencies preferred
• Demonstrated caregiving experience with seniors or individuals with developmental disabilities or chronic conditions such as Alzheimer’s or dementia
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts and perform physical tasks required for caregiving roles
• Strong understanding of HIPAA privacy standards and patient confidentiality requirements
• Excellent communication skills combined with a caring attitude to foster trust and comfort among patients

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
