Part-Time Caregiver – Parkinson’s Experience Preferred

is seeking a dependable and compassionate part-time caregiver for a potential upcoming client assignment in Phoenix, Arizona, near 13th Street and Bethany Home Road.

The client has Parkinson’s disease, and we are looking for a caregiver who is comfortable providing personal care and daily living assistance while maintaining the client’s dignity, safety, and independence.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-time
• Location: Phoenix, AZ – near 13th St & Bethany Home Rd
• Pay: $21– per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Minimum Shift: 4 hours or TBD
• Start Date: Potentially within the next couple of weeks
• Schedule: Exact days and hours are currently being finalized
• Parkinson’s experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Provide mobility and safety assistance
• Assist with meals and basic meal preparation
• Provide companionship and supportive care
• Follow the client's established care plan
• Observe and communicate changes in the client's condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
• Provide care in accordance with EverBloom Care LLC policies and procedures

Requirements

• Certified caregiver/CNA
• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Parkinson’s care experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Compassionate and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client's home

About the Opportunity

This is a potential upcoming assignment, and the final client schedule is still being coordinated. EverBloom Care LLC is beginning the onboarding process now and is looking to bring at least one qualified caregiver onto the team.
